Tasks / areas of responsibility:
1. Inventory, production, purchasing prices, reporting structure master data review
2. Inventory development analysis
3. Review and develop strong understanding of current manufacturing processes, working closely with production team
4. Monthly management closing – analyze data, instruct adjustments, prepare accruals, review after processed by accounting. Prepare and submit reporting to UK Finance team using defined formats
5. Budget and Forecasting – Manage budget and forecasting process in NEG, work with business owners and provide data to UK finance team using defined formats
6. Financial reporting – update excel sheets, review data. Manage and co-ordinate external audits.
7. Staff Allocation – update and review
8. Other Ad Hoc tasks as required
Personal skills:
1. Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
2. Strong experience in costing and inventory accounting
3. Particular knowledge required General ledger, AP, AR, Payroll, Income Tax and Banking
4. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
5. Strong organisational skills
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

11. Fluent in English and German
