🎯 Your Impactful Role:
As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be integral to our Mobility Segment, specifically focusing on the success of our OEM team and contributing to key OEM accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Spearheading Lead Engagement: Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for leads sourced outside of our Mobility Account team, assessing prospects and qualifying small deals to ensure we pursue the most promising opportunities.
• Supporting OEM Accounts: Collaborate closely with account managers to strengthen relationships with existing OEM clients and develop New Logos.
• Leading Proposal Development: Own proposal creation for small deals, from initial lead assessment to final delivery, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of OEM clients.
• Building Strong Client Relationships: Engage directly with OEM clients during the proposal process, nurturing long-term connections and positioning Intellias as the partner of choice.
• Supporting Contract Negotiations: Support contract negotiations aligned with Intellias’ strategic objectives, helping us secure deals that support OEM account growth.
• Creating Persuasive Presentations: Use impactful storytelling techniques to develop presentations that resonate with OEM stakeholders and make a compelling case for our solutions.
• Orchestrating Proposal Teams: Coordinate with bid teams, lead RFI preparation, and oversee proposal development, ensuring high-quality, client-aligned submissions.
• Collaborating Cross-Functionally: Work seamlessly with the OEM team, Mobility Sales, Account Management, Delivery, and Marketing teams to align and amplify our business-generating activities.
• Optimizing Inside Sales Processes: Keep CRM records updated, monitor pipeline health, and drive process improvements that enhance Inside Sales performance.
đź’ˇ Must-Have Skills That Make You Shine:
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) — essential for effective communication with OEM clients and stakeholders in DACH markets.
• A strong track record of successful collaboration with OEM accounts, ideally within the automotive or Mobility sectors.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Outsourcing, business development, or tender management.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics in Mobility sector, with specific knowledge of OEM operations and requirements.
• Familiarity with the IT Outsourcing industry, including software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in lead qualification and proposal development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with MS 365 (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience using CRM systems, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
