I am seeking a Financial Controller to manage the financial and operational integrity of a luxury hotel in Düsseldorf.
This role bridges the gap between the hotel operation and a centralized Shared Service Centre. You will manage month-end preparation and reconciliations while leading cost control and operational improvements on-site.

5. Hotel Finance: Background in luxury hospitality finance and financial processes
6. Process Design: Ability to create F&B controls and procurement systems
7. Communication: Experience leading P&L meetings and challenging department heads
8. Technical Skills: Excel, accruals, daily closing, and Shared Service Centre coordination
9. Languages: German and English
Your Responsibilities
10. Operational Finance: Monitor daily operations to improve P&L performance
11. Systems Setup: Establish cost control and F&B processes from scratch
12. Reporting: Prepare month-end, accruals, and reconciliations for the Shared Service Centre
13. Collaboration: Lead forecast meetings and train department heads on financial impact
14. Oversight: Manage daily closing and ensure accuracy of financial data
15. Strategy: Support the Cluster Director and General Manager with insights
