Area of work:
As a Service Delivery Manager within Cyber Protection – Detect & Prevent team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of security services, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. You will lead cross-functional coordination, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement in cyber security areas of Data Leakage Protection (DLP), Data Security, and other relevant services.
Your responsibilities:
1. Plan the rollout of the security toolsets related to Database Activity Monitoring
2. Managing/monitoring policies to ensure they are effective and meet business requirements
3. Advising projects and application owners on logging policy and taking them through the on-boarding process
4. Documentation, tracking, monitoring, reporting and notification to stakeholders and escalation are central parts of the service delivery
5. Oversee the documentation of the DAM service and processes and keep them updated when required
6. Performing complex tuning and revalidation tasks for existing threat monitoring rules to adjust to emerging threats
7. Enhancing and developing the database monitoring tools to ensure regulatory compliance
Your profile:
8. University degree in IT, business informatics, or comparable education.
9. Proven experience in information security management, ideally within the financial industry or comparable regulated business environment.
10. Strong project management skills with flexibility in applying different approaches according to requirements (e.g. agile).
11. Demonstrated ability to structure complex matters and drive to resolution.
12. Experience in DLP, Data Security, or similar domains is a plus.
13. Leadership skills to build and motivate cross-organizational collaboration to follow ideas and direction.
14. Ability to structure your own work and know how to organize the work of others.
15. Proven decision-making capability in dynamic situations and environments.
16. Ability to present structured options and proposals to senior management.
17. Relevant certifications in security management and project management such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are a plus.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with professionals of all organizational levels.
19. Strong analytical skills, reliability, and sense of ownership.
20. Ability to firmly present complex topics clearly and effectively to small and large audiences.
21. Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated and flexible.
