Job Title: Field Service Manager
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our field service team. As the Head of Field Service, you will be responsible for driving strategic leadership, organization and operational management of the decentralized field service team in Bonn and Cologne.
About the Role:
* You will oversee the technical and disciplinary management of our field service team consisting of IT technicians and administrators.
* Cultivate coaching, mentoring, and further development initiatives to maintain high levels of technical expertise and soft skills among your team members.
* Develop innovative strategies for technologies, tools, and processes used in field service operations.
* Maintain accountability for defining, monitoring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as ensuring seamless documentation within ticketing systems.
