Job Description:
The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Procurement Department. The Assistant Chief Procurement Officer will be responsible for coordinating and planning meetings, preparing presentations, and conducting pre- and post-meeting activities.
* Coordinate and plan meetings, prepare presentations, and conduct pre- and post-meeting activities.
* Prepare documents for decision-making bodies and record minutes of meetings.
* Serve as a liaison between leadership and employees in the procurement department.
* Book travel and process reimbursement, organize events such as supplier days and team events.
* Perform various administrative tasks including expense reimbursements, trade show visits, workshops, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
