This role is located out of our Nexi location in Eschborn, Germany. A key manager position in driving our ambitions within Customer experience and deliveries In this exciting key position as Service Delivery Executive, you will be overall accountable for ensuring the deliveries towards a Tier 1 German bank, ensuring that all aspects of our deliveries, quality and performance are best-in-class. Furthermore, your key responsibility is to manage the efficiency of deliveries as well as ensure SLA and compliance at all times. You will be working closely together with our commercial and operational team, on the day-to-day deliveries. About Your Future Role Client Relationship : Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations from customer management side, managing expectations and building trust. Service Assurance: Guarantee services meet agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. Strategic Planning: Develop service delivery strategies aligned with business goals. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvement initiatives, automation and workflow enhancements for better efficiency and scalability. Leadership of a matrix team: Manage, mentor, and develop the service delivery team – the role does not include having direct reports, but leading a matrix organisation. Risk Management: Address reliability issues and manage risks to service continuity. You will report to our SVP COO Issuing Solutions, who is based in Ballerup, Denmark, with this role you will be part of the Issuing Solutions Operation Leadership Team. Proven responsibilities and achievements in a similar role, handling a Tier 1 client Between 8 years of experience within direct client engagement in the Finance, Telco, or IT industry You speak and write German and English fluently (requirement which must be fulfilled) Handling communication/escalations, internally and externally with the full management stack from C-level to team leads. Personal traits: Have excellent communication skills and can communicate on both an operational and tactical level – including communicating clear expectations Show good signs of steadiness while remaining adaptable Leading by motivating others Focus is on running the business, but equally as important moving the business Have a strong Can-do and solution-oriented attitude Proven experience in IT Service Management and following a framework such as ITIL A tactical thinker who takes ownership and displays initiative A positive individual that can build relationships and influence key stakeholders in all aspects of the day-to-day delivery Even if you don’t check every box, your unique potential and willingness to learn could set you apart.
