As we continue to scale, weâre building a strong Partner Ecosystem â and weâre looking for a motivated Working Student for Partner Community to help us build, support, and grow it. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams and play a key role in making our partners successful, active, and engaged.
Aufgaben
* Support the development and expansion of our partner network
* Collaborate closely with the Product, CS, and Sales teams to ensure partners are fully enabled
* Coordinate and support the entire partner onboarding process
* Create and improve partner materials, training content, and documentation to help partners promote and sell traide AI effectively
* Identify partner needs and provide feedback to improve our partner program
* Ensure partners stay active, engaged, and well-supported through regular communication
* Assist in planning and organizing partner enablement sessions, events, and community activities
* Track key metrics related to partner engagement and provide regular updates to the leadership team
Qualifikation
* You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field
* Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for building and maintaining partner relationships
* A structured, proactive working style and motivation to drive a topic end-to-end
* High interest in SaaS, B2B, partnerships, or ecosystem building
* First work experience in startups is a plus
* Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus
* Fluency in German and English
* A self-starter mentality with a sense of ownership and curiosity
