Your Tasks:
* Supporting the recruiters (m/f/d) in the end-to-end recruiting process
* Collaboration and later assumption of responsibility for the pre-selection of incoming applications
* Coordination of appointments for interviews in coordination with the department, candidates and, if applicable, personnel service providers and conducting necessary preliminary and coordination meetings with the candidates
* Preparation and placement of job advertisements in common portals and for transmission to possible personnel service providers to be selected
* Support in the organization and implementation of employee onboarding and the first working day
* Active sourcing for efficient and effective filling of selected vacancies
Your Profile:
* Current Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or comparable field
* Theoretical knowledge in Human Resources Management, which can now be transferd into practice
* Independent and solution-oriented way of working
* Good written and spoken German and English
* 2-3 days availability also during the lecture period
