Your responsibilities:
1. Responsible for projects and support for SAP Plant Maintenance.
2. Configure and optimize SAP PM to support preventive, corrective, and (optionally) predictive maintenance processes.
3. Develop concepts for standardized maintenance processes (notifications, orders, planning, confirmations, maintenance plans/task lists).
4. Translate business requirements into system designs and functional specifications; act as contact person for key users in maintenance/engineering.
5. Roll-out global template solutions to other subsidiaries and support adoption.
6. Support new process designs within the S/4HANA (T2G) program, including Fiori apps and relevant simplification items.
7. Perform/support customizing, testing, training and go-live support; define and coordinate test data and user acceptance.
8. Support data migration for PM master data and transactional records.
9. Create and maintain process & configuration documentation and training materials.
10. Work with external consultants/developers/AMS partners and drive continuous improvement and system optimization.
11. Ensure integration with adjacent SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO, QM) and external systems where applicable.
Qualifications we are looking for:
12. Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
13. Deep expertise in SAP PM including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
14. Experience with S/4HANA PM processes, Fiori apps, and simplification items.
15. Ability to translate business requirements into system designs and functional specifications.
16. Hands-on experience with customizing, testing, training, and go-live support.
17. Experience creating documentation: process flows, configuration docs, training materials.
18. Knowledge of data migration for PM master data and transactional records.
19. Ability to analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend optimization/improvements.
20. If possible, understanding of integration points with other SAP modules like MM, PP, FI/CO, QM, EAM and Asset Accounting
21. Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations is a plus.
22. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
23. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
24. Business fluent in English and German as well as a certain willingness to travel internationally
