Network Administrator (m/f/d)
, you will share responsibility for ensuring the availability and security of our customers' data center and network infrastructure.
These Exciting Tasks Await You
* Development, planning, implementation and administration of:
* Data center infrastructures
* LAN, SD-WAN
* Network security, firewall solutions from manufacturers like Cisco and Fortinet
* Layer 2 and Layer 3 configuration of customer sites
* Ensuring maximum availability and network security
* Documenting the network structure using Microsoft Visio
* Planning, coordination, and execution of system installations
* Second & Third Level support for pre-qualified incidents in the areas of routers, switches, and firewalls
* Participation in a weekly rotating 24/7 on-call duty (separately compensated)
Your Profile
* Knowledge of routing and switching and common routing protocols
* Experience with firewall solutions, preferably from Cisco and Fortinet
* First experience with network security (e.g. Cisco Identity Services Engine)
* Ideally, manufacturer certifications (e.g., CCNA)
* ITIL knowledge is a plus
* Strong technical understanding, independent working style, and high level of service orientation
* Very good German and good English skills
