Hr operations specialist- french & spanish (f/m/d))

Responsibilities / Tasks

1. You are part of our HR Operations team, who is the first point of contact for our employees for questions on all HR-related topics as well as system support.
2. You take care of our employees' HR related concerns via ticket system, chat and calls and, if necessary, forward them to the responsible department.
3. You advise on HR processes and ensure that the HR policies are adhered to.
4. In addition to GEA employees and managers, your stakeholders are also your colleagues from HR Operations and the local HR Business Partners.
5. You adequately maintain employee data in our HRM systems (Workday, Service Now and SAP).
6. With great care you also create various documents, such as certificates, job references or congratulatory letters.
7. Together with your team, you will ensure standardized processes - we live and breathe best practice sharing and are looking for people who are keen to continuously optimize these processes.

Your Profile / Qualifications

8. You completed business studies with a focus on human resources and/or have hands-on experience and training in the field of human resources.
9. In your way of working, you are solution-oriented, you are able to organize yourself well, you like to support team-internal questions and you love the challenge to solve difficult cases and practice knowledge sharing.
10. Communication and customer orientation are your top skills.
11. You feel at home in an administrative environment and because you are PC-savvy, you can quickly familiarize yourself with our systems or ideally have experience in Workday, Service Now as well as the common MS Office tools.
12. We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken French & Spanish; in addition, you should be fluent in English so that you feel at home in the international GEA environment.
