About the department
Business Improvements and Processes is a department within the Project Management Office (PMO) in Onshore Customer Project Execution (CPX) under the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) business unit at Vestas. The PMO aims to help the region execute onshore customer projects effectively. Business Improvements & Processes will ensure the regional Customer Project Execution business has the necessary framework, processes and systems to execute the projects. The area of Business Improvements & Processes will also support the business in running improvement initiatives and ensure alignment of these initiatives with Global Customer Project Execution.

You completed vocational training in a commercial or technical role ot hold a degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or Engineering, combined with first practical experience in process management within a global organizationYou understand how operational activities and processes interconnect, and apply solid analytical and problem-solving skills to improve themYou use a structured, detail-focused approach to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectivelyYou bring experience with process management toolsYou collaborate effectively across the value chain, engaging the right stakeholders and working seamlessly across functions and organizational levelsYou communicate clearly, manage stakeholders well, and work effectively with others, while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and a practical focus on solutionsVery good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile Our commitment to a fair hiring.
