Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and support new customer deployments and configurations.
* Customise solutions to fit clinical workflows and train end-users effectively.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and satisfaction.
* Provide post-go-live support and consult on workflow optimisation.
* Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 30–50%).
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a healthcare IT, applications, or imaging environment.
* Strong understanding of DICOM, PACS, HL7, and clinical imaging workflows.
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working directly with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
