Job Title: Senior Business Change Manager for Investor Lifecycle Management
This role is for a Senior Business Change Manager responsible for implementing and configuring lifecycle management tools to secure regulatory compliance for investor diligence, onboarding, and periodic recertification of records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and configuring workflow management tools according to internal/external clients' requirements
* Demonstrating suitable skills and experience in designing and configuring workflow management tools
* Combining analytical and problem-solving skills with a large autonomy and attention to detail
* Working within a global project governance as part of the operational stream, including designing the most optimal Target Operating Model, Proof of Concept, Minimum Viable Product, and UAT testing
* Supporting the implementation of the platform and migrating existing business onto it once testing has been completed
* Maintaining the configuration of the platform in line with regulatory, compliance, and market requirements
* Ensuring the maintenance of procedures to support configuration activities in the platform and contributing to maintaining procedures in other applications connected to the platform
* Providing expert knowledge during training, test phases, and day-to-day activity
* Ensuring triage defects from internal users prior to sending them to the vendor helpdesk
Requirements:
Professional Experience:
* University degree or equivalent in IT or finance/economics
* 5-10 years' experience in software configuration (low code), especially lifecycle/workflow management tools
* Experience in application support or technical helpdesk; alternatively as business analyst
* Understanding of compliance/AML KYC in the UCITS and/or Alternative Funds industry, with specific knowledge of local AML/KYC requirements in Luxembourg or any other jurisdictions an advantage
