We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements.
* Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision
* Be responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staff
* Advise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issues
* Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships
* Managing and contributing to further develop services for clients
ESSENTIAL TRAITS:
* Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
* Expertise in Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers
* CPA certification strongly preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Flexibility to travel as required
* Fluency in German is required
* Ability to communicate effectively across diverse communities
* Experience working collaboratively within diverse teams
