IT Support Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT support specialist to join our team.
* Manage the team, assist users remotely, and maintain a smooth working environment.
* Provide physical and telephone reception of users, including on-call duties and permanences.
* Ticket management, reviewing KPIs and ensuring timely resolution.
* Support IT systems and management, including 4G consumption control and mobile communication costs.
* Inventory and IT hardware management, overseeing O365 licenses and teams phones.
* SCCM/Intune deployments, collaborating with administrators to deploy OS and application security updates.
* Maintenance of the Service Desk, ensuring all tasks are respected.
* Moving and installation of equipment, as well as arrivals and departures management.
This role requires a technical degree in IT, at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position, and flexible working hours (8am to 6pm).
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS) and network environments, as well as proficiency in Active Directory, AD Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Endpoint (Intune), and Sharepoint.
Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and basic understanding of IT hardware are essential. ITIL certification is an advantage.
