Fund Administration Specialist

* Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining day-to-day operations of funds and collaborating with external parties;
* Preparing financial statements, periodic valuations, and regulatory reports for funds;
* Coordinating year-end audits and tax submissions;
* Providing support for shareholder communications and resolving issues related to fund administration;
Key Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
* 0-2 years of experience in fund administration, audit, or related fields;
* Knowledge of fund industry practices, valuation methodologies, and accounting principles;
* Understanding of securities commonly encountered in the fund industry, including equities, bonds, and derivatives;
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or German considered an asset;
* Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
