Location: Remote or Hybrid in Hesse, Bavaria, Thuringia, and Schleswig-Holstein Your Role As part of the internal IT & HR transformation team, you will: Take ownership of consulting, customizing, and further development within SAP HCM modules (PT, PA, PY, OM) Act as a trusted partner for HR and IT, supporting end-to-end HR processes and optimizing system performance Lead and support exciting SAP HCM projects, from concept to rollout and user enablement Identify and implement improvement opportunities in process automation and digital HR services Collaborate closely with HR business stakeholders and external providers to ensure smooth, future-proof system integration Work in an environment that values your expertise, encourages innovation, and empowers you to make real impact What You Bring About 3years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, ideally focusing on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT) A deep understanding of HR processes and enthusiasm for digital transformation Initial exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or hybrid HR landscapes is a plus Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and consulting skills Proficiency in German (B2). English is a plus.
