As Working Student (f/m/d) in our Executive Reward team you will support in various analytical and digitalization activities.
The role will offer the opportunity to gain experience in Reward processes (e.g., pay process, grading, benchmarking, pay transparency, long-term incentives) while contributing to the digital transformation of HR using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.
Your main tasks will be:
* Tool & Data Support: Assist in maintaining and improving Reward tools and data systems
* Data Analysis: Support with analysis on topics like Pay Equity, Benchmarking, and Pay Cycle Reporting
* Digitalization & Automation: Contribute to building Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and automated workflows using Power Automate
* Communication Materials: Help update Reward-related content (e.g., brochures, MyHR intranet pages)
* Pay Cycle Support: Assist in reporting processes, including market data collection and visualization
* Process Documentation: Contribute to the creation of user guides, process documentation, and training materials
* Internal Communication: Support in editing and preparing short communication videos/clips

* Field of Study: Enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with interest in HR, Rewards, and digital tools
* Digital Tool Affinity: Initial experience or strong curiosity in working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms)
* Excel Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Excel and confident data handling skills
* Work Style: Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
* Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
