At KoRo, we’re looking for a hands-on Packaging Designer / Artworker (m/f/d) to join our creative team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design – from developing packaging concepts to ensuring flawless print execution. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in bringing our products to life visually. If you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, we would love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
* Bring our products to life by creating new packaging designs and adapting existing ones within our design system
* Retouch product photography and prepare clean, print-ready files (incl. flexo printing)
* Create high-quality digital packshots for use across our channels
* Identify and solve printing or production issues together with internal and external partners
* Ensure consistency and high quality across all packaging assets
Your profile
* You have at least 1+ year of experience in packaging design or a similar role
* You’re confident working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and have strong skills in retouching and artwork production (experience with AI workflows is a plus)
* You understand printing techniques and how to prepare production-ready files
* You have a strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency
* You work in a structured, efficient way, take ownership of your work, and approach challenges proactively and solution-oriented
* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
* You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate
