As a Team Lead Conversion Content (all genders) at Glow25, you'll be the strategic and creative backbone of our paid media function. You combine a strong performance mindset with creative thinking and lead our Conversion Content team with clarity, energy, and focus. You’ll develop cross-channel creative strategies, turn product insights and customer data into testable ad concepts, and orchestrate a smooth, data-driven creative workflow with your team of copywriters, video editors, project managers, and UGC creators.
This is where we need your support:
You’ll take on direct leadership of our Conversion Content team – from copywriters and video editors to project managers.
You own the strategic direction for our paid creatives across Meta, TikTok, Native and other platforms – in alignment with performance and new customer acquisition goals.
Strong understanding of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and/or Native Advertising
