The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Mission Continuity Office (MCO) Specialist. This position is in support ofthe EMITS 2 Task Order Mission Continuity Office (MCO), located inWiesbaden, Germany.
Responsibilities:
1. Supports resource management to ensure availability of qualified, trained, and upskilled personnel across the EMITS 2 contract, including support for transition-in
2. Possesses and applies practical knowledge with resource management strategies and processes and an understanding of the DoD Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) requirements and processes
3. Supports the labor category verification process to ensure all assigned personnel, including subcontractors, are qualified for their positions
4. Supports the EMITS 2 recruiting talent acquisition processes and development and delivery of onboarding training tailored for each MP site
5. Coordinates with the program security lead to verify candidate security clearances and to establish clearance expiration alerts for current EMITS 2 personnel
6. Supports EMITS 2 DOCPER processes to receive and maintain TESA/SOFA accreditation for EMITS 2 personnel
7. Supports succession planning at the individual and team level
8. Supports development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to develop and upskill personnel
9. Supports development and management of the EMITS 2 staffing pipeline of pre-vetted candidates for functional roles across the program
10. Coordinates with CACI teammates to support selection of “best athletes” for open positions
11. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
12. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
13. Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain
14. BA/BS +4-7years recent experience
15. Demonstrates proficiency in human capital strategies and processes, with particular emphasis on DoD Contractor Personnel Office (DOCPER) requirements and resource management to ensure availability of qualified personnel.
16. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of labor category verification, recruiting, and onboarding processes within government contracting environments, including development and delivery of tailored onboarding training.
17. Exhibits expertise in security clearance management, coordinating with program security leads, TESA/SOFA accreditation, and succession planning for complex organizational structures.
18. Showcases strong skills in developing individual development plans and managing staffing pipelines across multiple functional roles.
19. Displays adeptness in coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure optimal personnel selection and placement of "best athletes" for open positions.
20. Leverages background in government human resources management, security protocols, and talent development to support large-scale contract operations.
21. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
22. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
23. Requires extensive background in DoD resource management and personnel deployment processes.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
