Aufgaben:
* This position is limited to a two-year term.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to pre-onboarding.
* Identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, active sourcing).
* Conduct interviews, negotiate offers and collaborate closely with hiring managers and business units.
* Close collaboration with staffing agencies; Selection and handling of Vendors
* Maintain and develop further the applicant tracking & career system and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
* Extend Sourcing channels and work on Employer Branding activities
Qualifikationen:
* Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in an international environment.
* Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor.
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Preferred: Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruiting tools.
