Goal: Create a seamless customer experience and act as the internal advocate for BASF across Schneider Electric
Your resposibilities:
Customer
* Ability to be confident in front of all types of stakeholders (C-Level, Business Leaders, IT & OTLeaders, Cyber Security leaders)
* Develop deep customer relationships and [Website-Link gelöscht] the customer's trust
* Gain access with the customer at different levels
* Take ownership of customer issues
* Proactively Develop and Implement annual calendar for executive reviews innovation conversations, exec roundtables.
* Be the expert regarding the customer, their business, and their opportunities.

Financial
* Develop and grow profitably Schneider Electric's share of wallet
* Profitable growth and increase the share of wallet across all Schneider Electric's domains
* Develop Annual Revenue Plan for Account by Product Line, Region and Country

* Identify new business opportunities and enable sales teams to successfully execute those strategies/ initiatives.
* Obtain internal alignment across business functions and regional/country organisations
* Orchestrate a team of regional/local Account Manager and Sales Specialists Duties and responsibilities
* Define, implement and monetize a clear account strategy that embraces the full portfolio of Schneider Electric aligned to customers business desired outcomes
* Lead the global extended team of Account managers and all those engaged with the end-user to drive one strategy globally
* Management and interlock of internal stakeholders to ensure right level of support for delivering the strategy and superior customer satisfaction
What we expect:
Education
College degree (Bachelors) in engineering, IT/OT technology or sustainability
Experience
* Industry & Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of global end-user industries, especially in the chemical sector and new energy markets, with strong knowledge of industrial automation, power distribution systems, and IT/OT digital simulation.
* Business Development & Project Leadership: Proven track record in global business development, integrated value proposition creation, and project management, with a focus on energy transition and sustainability.
* Team Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled in leading diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple entities and geographies, fostering collaboration without direct reporting lines.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in project and sales contexts, with a strong focus on understanding and addressing end-user needs.
* Language & Communication Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural business environments and integrate third-party systems using open and proprietary protocols.
