You will also regularly take shifts on our service telephone to support and advise our shop staff.

Fluent German skills. As the #1 sports betting provider in the German-speaking market, this is a prerequisite for communicating with our German-speaking customers.
Good English skills are required. English is also the official language of your new home, Malta.
You are proficient in using standard MS Office programs and quickly learn to operate new systems, such as our in-house developed backend system (Ebet) and Salesforce.
You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are able to handle 3 chats simultaneously.
