Senior Business Travel Consultant
This role reports to the Operations Team Manager
This role is full time, fully remote or hybrid from our Berlin office
Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The role
Working fully remotely or hybrid as part of a close-knit team of 8, you’ll handle complex travel arrangements for one of our high-profile Entertainment clients. You will be providing exceptional client support to ensure smooth running of operations within the department. What you have
* At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Travel Consultant across all areas of travel management
* Sound, proven GDS experience – we will train you on Sabre
* Native or Professional German skills
* Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing – ideally to BA1/2 level or equivalent
* Experience in the entertainment industry is essential
* Experience in the international market
* Must be flexible to meet the needs of the client
* Must be able to take initiative
* Must be patient & diplomatic
What you’ll be doing
* Providing high level customer service to our Entertainment clients
* Assisting with all reservations and aspects of travel including air, hotel, rail and car reservations and any other travel related requests
* Assisting with emergency actions and contingency plans
* Ensuring client travel policies are adhered to correctly
* Ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met
* Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues in the appropriate offices
* Ensuring that all administration, both internal and external is of the highest standard.
* Responding to any other reasonable duties/tasks as may be requested by your Manager or other departmental Managers.

What to expect from the recruitment process
* Every hire starts with a chat with our Talent Acquisition team, if your profile is selected you will be contacted by phone or email (please check your spam folder);
* Then, if you are progressing, the hiring manager will invite you to an interview, usually on Teams;
* If you are successful we will invite you to our office for a final stage interview.
Wherever possible we will provide you with feedback, however we are a small team and often we won't be able to do so until after we fill the vacancy.
