Das Strandhotel Sylt ist ein individuelles Hotel in ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage in Westerland. Es liegt direkt hinter den Dünen, zwei Minuten fußläufig zum Strand wie auch zum Zentrum Westerlands. Das Hotel verfügt über 53 geräumige und komfortabel ausgestattete Zimmer, einen hellen multi‑räumigen Frühstücksbereich, ein Freizeitbereich mit Saunen und Dampfbad sowie eine Tiefgarage. Die Gäste wohnen großzügig und genießen ein sehr ausführliches Frühstück.
Responsibilities
* Operative overall management of the Strandhotel Sylt.
* Ensure and improve customer and guest satisfaction, including complaint management and performance protection.
* Create and manage monthly forecasts, monthly accounts and annual budgets.
* Guest and customer acquisition.
* Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
* Multiple years of experience in senior positions in hospitality (e.g., hotel manager, operations manager, department head).
* Experience with budgeting, finance and revenue growth.
* Knowledge of hotel software systems (PMS, channel manager, revenue‑management tools).
* Strong empathy for guest needs and complaint handling.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
* Ability to handle stressful and challenging situations.
