Order Centre Employee (m/f/d)
TASKS What you can expect from us
* Interface between internal departments and our national and international customers
* Quality and on-time order processing from purchase orders to invoicing in the ERP system Microsoft Business Central
* Preparation and review of offers with regard to plausibility and consideration of customer-specific requirements
* Control and confirmation of delivery dates as well as order tracking and control of shipment
* Organization of freight orders and the necessary accompanying documents for domestic and international shipments
* Creation and verification of invoices and credit notes for plausibility, as well as handling of special processes
* Coordination of collection dates with transport companies and customers
* Identification of dangerous goods and preparation of necessary documents in accordance with legal regulations
* Continuous development and optimization of processes together with the team
PROFILE What characterizes you
* Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
* In-depth knowledge of customs, handling sales tax at home and abroad, and experience in processing third-country shipments are an advantage.
* Confident handling of MS-Office products and an ERP system (preferably preferably Microsoft Business Central)
* Very good command of written and spoken English
* Target-oriented, forward-looking and independent working style
* Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative

Position: Mitarbeiter Auftragszentrum (w/m/d)
AUFGABEN Das erwartet Sie bei uns
* Schnittstelle zwischen den internen Abteilungen und unseren nationalen sowie internationalen Kunden
* Qualitäts- und termingerechte Auftragsbearbeitung von Bestellungen bis zur Rechnungsstellung im ERP-System Microsoft Business Central
* Erstellung und Prüfung von Angeboten hinsichtlich Plausibilität und Berücksichtigung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen
* Kontrolle und Bestätigung der Liefertermine sowie Auftragsverfolgung und Steuerung des Versands
* Organisation von Frachtaufträgen und den erforderlichen Begleitdokumenten für nationale und internationale Sendungen
* Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften hinsichtlich Plausibilität sowie Abwicklung von Sonderprozessen
* Koordination der Abholtermine mit Transportunternehmen und Kunden
* Identifikation von Gefahrengut und Erstellung von notwendigen Dokumenten unter Berücksichtigung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften
* Kontinuierliche Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen gemeinsam mit dem Team
PROFIL Das zeichnet Sie aus
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als Industriekaufmann, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Erste Berufserfahrung in dem oben genannten Tätigkeitsgebiet
* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll, dem Umgang mit Umsatzsteuer im In- und Ausland sowie Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Drittlandsendungen von Vorteil
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten und einem ERP-System (vorzugsweise Microsoft Business Central)
* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Zielgerichtetes, vorausschauendes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
