Job Overview: Supporting the Project Managers within defined parameters and independently managing logistics and warehouse processes at the site. The role also includes gradual development towards taking on project management responsibilities. What the job is all about: Supporting the operational execution of projects (booking of transport, crew, flights and accommodation). Monitoring project budgets and identifying and communicating any deviations. Maintaining and managing the crew list (rates, availability). Make recommendations and enable minor process improvements within project support opportunities Maintaining an overall overview of all incoming and outgoing transports across all SC-DE locations. Coordinating internal transports between Ross locations. Preparing all relevant transport documents (Carnet, Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice, Battery Declaration, etc.). Handling associated administrative processes (e.g., invoice processing, document preparation). Managing damage claims including communication with insurance providers. Troubleshoot moderately complex logistics issues and propose solutions, consulting supervisor for more complex issues. Ensuring proper procedures for pickups by forwarding agents or authorized service providers. Managing the check-in and check-out of relevant transport documents. Make recommendations and lead minor warehouse improvement projects Short-notice travel to deliver replacement equipment for ongoing jobs. On-site support at major events, e.g., within the OBS warehouse. Continuous professional development within the company with the aim of progressing into project management in the medium term. Who you are: Completed commercial vocational training or 2-4 years of experience in supporting project management, logistics, or forwarding. Basic knowledge of project management. Understanding of sales and marketing methods. Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management. Understanding of the TV and film industry (advantageous). Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word). Basic knowledge of CRM and EAB software. Strong cost and process awareness. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Team player with a professional demeanor. High level of accuracy and sense of responsibility. Practical and analytical thinking skills. Willingness to travel. Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
