Office & Events Manager - Your responsibilities:
You will act as the primary interface for the management, orchestrating complex Board schedules and executive interactions.
Beyond simple administration, you will refine and audit cross-departmental processes and digital infrastructures. By implementing more fluid reporting tools and organizational systems, you elevate the bank's operational agility, cementing your reputation as a key architect of workplace efficiency.
You will lead the support unit, providing guidance to junior staff while stepping in to manage sensitive client interactions.
You are responsible for the end-to-end execution of the bank's social calendar, from high-stakes executive retreats to employee well-being workshops.
You will oversee the ecosystem of external partners and service providers, ensuring that every resource, from logistics to technical materials, is optimized.
Office & Events Manager - Your profile:
You bring a solid track record ( typically 2 to 4 years ) in a versatile role such as Office Management, Executive Assisting, or Project Coordination, ideally within the financial or Wealth Management sectors.
Proficiency in
Portuguese
and
English
is key to navigating this multicultural environment and maintaining seamless links with international offices. French would be considered an asset.
You are highly comfortable with the
MS Office suite , capable of transforming raw data into polished dashboards and professional presentations for senior leadership.
