Tasks
* Maintenance and updating of SAP purchasing data in accordance with the SAP Data Management Golden Rules
* Creation and modification of contracts, order book and purchasing views in SAP
* Advising internal stakeholders, especially strategic buyers, on data quality
* Quality assurance of purchasing data and completeness checks
* Ensuring compliance with process standards by internal requesters
* Participation in industrial projects as the contact person for data management
* Close cooperation with various departments in a collaborative team environment
Qualification
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or Economics
* Long-standing professional experience in purchasing and project management
* In-depth knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and MS Office
* Business fluent German and English skills (minimum C1); French is an advantage
* Experience in implementing automation or optimization initiatives
* A valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU as well as CV in English required
* Willingness to travel occasionally
