* Strategic and operational management of the 3D division with a focus on quality, efficiency and innovation
* Responsibility for visual excellence and technical development
* Management, motivation and further development of the 3D team
* Identification and implementation of new technologies, trends and tools in the field of CGI
* Resource and budget planning and responsibility
Your profile
* Several years of management experience in CGI/3D
* High quality standards and a strong understanding of visualization and animation
* Leadership experience with a clear sense of team development, motivation and coaching
* Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards customers and partners
* Passion for innovation and further development in the field of CGI and AI
