Logistics and Operational Oversight: Manage logistics and production planning through direct reports.Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and distribution of products.Collaborate with process specialists to streamline operations. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Identify and address organizational gaps with initiative and independence.Implement best practices and innovative solutions to elevate supply chain capabilities. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team including heads of logistics and planning.Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven environment.Build trust and engage constructively across all levels of the organization. The Supply Chain Director should have the following qualifications: Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain leadership, ideally within corporate or mid-sized industrial environments.Strong strategic mindset with hands-on operational capabilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect across functions and cultures.Demonstrated ability to lead change, solve complex operational challenges, and inspire teams.Strong Planning and Supply Chain Design/ Process improvement experienceFluent in English and German.
