* Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig & wirkungsvoll
Unterstützung von HR-Projekten
entlang der gesamten Employee Journey (z. B. Einführung von Zeiterfassungssystem, Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen, Onboarding, )
Koordination von Projektterminen, Workshops und internen Abstimmungen
in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitungen und Stakeholdern
Erstellung von
Präsentationen, Projektplänen und Reportings
(z. B. Meilensteinverfolgung, KPI-Tracking)
Unterstützung bei der
Vorbereitung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen
sowie Kommunikationsformaten im Rahmen von Transformationsprojekten
Dokumentenmanagement
, Protokollführung und Nachbereitung von Meetings
Pflege von HR-Systemen und -Datenbanken, ggf. Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Tools
Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen (z. B. Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding, Nachhaltigkeit)
Ihr Profil – das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich BWL, Psychologie, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbar
Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Strukturierte, proaktive und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Freude an Organisation, Kommunikation und cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
Affinität zur Einführung neuer IT tools für HR (Testingerfahrung sind von Vorteil)
