For our client we are currently looking on a temporary basis for a Client Reporting Analyst (m/f/d) - Frankfurt.
Your tasks
1. Overseeing the regular automated client reporting production
2. Investigating production issues, approaching stakeholder to resolve issues and re-start report
3. Creation of client reports semi-manually
4. Communication with important stakeholders such as Distribution, Product Specialists to solve problems
5. Contact for the client reporting portal, user management and answering questions/issues around the client portal
