* We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to grow our business by identifying new opportunities and managing existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe
2. Promote and sell our UPS systems to ensure continued growth and market share
3. Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring their UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans
4. Monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies
5. Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to management and stakeholders
Your Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management and/or energy solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs and solving complex problems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel globally
