Senior Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. This role will involve guiding the onboarding process for Funds, overseeing the implementation of Fund administration technology software, spearheading process improvements, and designing training in Fund administration.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding
o Manage client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
o Develop pricing models for Fund Administration Services, taking into account potential evolutions.
o Lead data migration into FIS Investran, acting as a change manager throughout the process.
o Ensure compliance clearance and contracting issues are addressed.
o Analyze Investran compatibility with new business opportunities.
2. FIS Investran Product Ownership
o Drive product roadmaps for the Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency (FATA) team, implementing effective go-to-market strategies.
o Establish success measurement metrics (KPIs) and conduct regular post-implementation reviews.
o Engage with key clients and lead client-facing projects.
o Collaborate with operational teams to understand their needs and provide guidance.
o Deliver the FATA product roadmap within budget constraints, leveraging internal and external resources.
o Mitigate risk and issue management with senior stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary with vendors.
o Promote continuous improvements within platforms to ensure consistency of practices, increase operational efficiency, and enhance end-user/client experience.
o Ensure adherence to CSSF requirements and SLAs with vendors.
3. Training & FIS Investran Platform Usage Standards
o Develop standards for FIS Investran usage.
o Oversee the creation and maintenance of procedures supporting handling and activities in supported applications.
o Implement a control framework to ensure standards are applied effectively.
o E nsure user management access in supported applications aligns with security management policies.
o Integrate Investran usage practices and standards into training programs in the Fund Administration Services department.
o Prioritize initiative delivery and provide guidance to delivery teams when appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Alternative Fund environment
* University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
* Experience with transformation/change management, global process and control framework implementation, and system migrations to Investran
* Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
* Initiative-taking and excellent organization skills
* Fluent in English
* Proven experience in financial solutions, product management, and customer onboarding
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects within budget constraints
* Familiarity with security management policies and best practices
