Job Description Construction Manager Location: Frankfurt, Germany Salary: €110,000 Take the lead on a Hyperscale Data Centre development in Frankfurt! We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the way on a high-profile data centre in Frankfurt, one of Europe’s fastest-growing hubs for mission-critical facilities. You’ll be at the centre of a complex, technically demanding build, managing all on-site activities and driving delivery from the ground up to commissioning. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of construction activities, from groundworks through to commissioning and handover Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and budgets Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and commercial teams, acting as the key interface between stakeholders and site operations Lead progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular reporting on milestones and KPIs Drive best practice in quality assurance, site logistics, and project controls Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
