We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive our Business Transformation Management (BTM) sales in Germany. As part of SAP's strategic BTM business unit, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation, working with enterprise customers to deliver measurable business outcomes through our integrated solution portfolio.
As a Senior Solution Sales Executive (f/m/d), you will own and execute complex sales cycles with an entrepreneurial mindset that goes beyond traditional revenue targets. You'll focus on developing deep customer relationships, driving genuine business transformation, and converting customers into raving fans who become advocates for SAP's BTM solutions.
Strategic Sales Execution : Industry Solution Leadership : Combine deep product mastery with strong industry expertise to create impactful, industry-specific value stories supported by KPIs and measurable outcomes
Deliver tailored sales pitches connecting BTM solutions to customer priorities through compelling demos and value presentations
Several years of successful experience in enterprise software sales with proven track record of closing large deals
Strong SAP ecosystem knowledge and understanding of Business Suite, AI, and Integrated Toolchain strategy
Mastery of MEDDPICC sales methodology with excellent forecast accuracy
Excellent German and English language skills
Experience with SAP methodologies
Certification in MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
Individual contributor role in SAP's fastest-growing strategic business unit
