HYROX – The World Series of Fitness Racing – is the global sport that combines running & functional fitness into one unique competition format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX is now a worldwide fitness movement with events across 5 continents and tens of thousands of athletes taking part each season. We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated full-time Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cologne, Germany. In this role, you’ll play a central part in managing the large-scale equipment needed to make our events a success. This is a hands-on position for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building efficient systems from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our equipment is always in the right place, at the right time, and ready for action. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to travel to international HYROX events to see the direct impact of your work. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Export & Import Documentation : Prepare and manage all documentation for international shipping, with a strong focus on Carnet usage to ensure smooth customs clearance and border crossings. Warehouse Systems : Design and implement a scalable multi-warehouse inventory system, leveraging new technologies (e.g., RFID) to optimize equipment tracking and organization. Inventory & Procurement : Own all aspects of inventory control and procurement, including regular stock checks, forecasting, and ordering supplies to ensure uninterrupted event operations. Warehouse Operations : Oversee daily warehouse activities—receiving, storing, maintaining, and dispatching equipment for global races. Logistics Coordination : Serve as the central point of contact for logistics, coordinating with suppliers, transport partners, and internal event teams to guarantee on-time delivery and return of equipment. Event Support : Travel to selected international events to provide on-the-ground logistics support and oversee equipment deployment. YOUR PROFILE Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control. Solid knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures, with hands-on Carnet experience preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Experience with—or strong motivation to implement—inventory technologies (e.g., RFID). Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office tools. A passion for fitness, sports, or the HYROX brand is a strong plus.
