Are you ambitious, sales-driven and you love building relationships with a diverse range of customers? Then join our Retention-Team-EMEA and help growing and retaining our customer base in the German-speaking region by having technical knowledge about our products.
1. Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
2. Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigation
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externally
4. Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and E-mail
5. Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
6. Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
What we are Looking for:
7. University or college degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or something similar is great, but not a dealbreaker
8. 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with a focus on renewals
9. Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
10. Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
11. Customer-centric and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile
12. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
