Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expandedIdentify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigationCollaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externallyEstablish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mailDiscover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer baseMonitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyaltyRequirements
University or college degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or something similar is great, but not a dealbreaker1-2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with a focus on renewalsIdeally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledgeStrong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international teamCustomer-centric and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mileFluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plusWhat we offer
