About the Job


We are looking for a highly organized and skilled Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the office, and handling administrative tasks.



* Key Responsibilities:

* Manage office operations, including reception, mail handling, switchboard, and general office organization

* Support facility management, including coordination of external service providers (e.g., craftsmen, cleaning, recycling, suppliers)

* Manage office supplies, equipment, and access control systems

* Organize meetings and company events

* Support procurement and accounting (purchasing and invoice processing)

* Organize and manage guest apartments

* Ensure the proper condition of office spaces (regular floor walks)




About You


To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed vocational training in office communication, office management, or a comparable qualification. Additionally, you should have professional experience in office/facility management or the hospitality industry.



* Requirements:

* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

* Strong organizational skills, quick comprehension, and a hands-on mentality

* Proficient in MS Office

* High service orientation, friendliness, and team spirit

* Enjoy working in an environment that involves regular movement within the building




Benefits


This is a full-time position with a permanent employment contract, attractive salary, flexible working hours, and 30 days of vacation.
