Tasks
Immerse yourself in the exciting world of employer branding and shape the future with us! Your hands-on mentality will help us recruit talent in university and trainee marketing. Support events and use your creative, communicative skills in social media.
1. Your communication skills support us in attracting young talent at various events
2. You will work with us on university and trainee marketing, design career platforms and creative social media posts
3. Conceive, plan and implement HR marketing activities with us
4. Market and data research are also part of your exciting tasks, e.g. in event tracking and the creation of reports
5. As a team player, you will be fully involved in community management and work hand in hand with the various business areas of the LHGroup
6. Give us your analytical power in our strategic process optimization so that we can find the best talents for our team. Let's do this!

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you must be at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in economics, marketing, psychology, communication or a comparable course.
14. Ongoing studies in a relevant subject area (e.g. economics, marketing, psychology, communication or comparable degree program)
15. Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
16. Interest in talent attraction, employer branding and HR marketing
17. Good communication skills and creative ideas in the field of social media
18. Analytical skills and enjoy working with data and research
19. Independent and proactive way of working
20. Fluency in German and English
