Track Deliveries & Ensure Timeliness: Monitor shipments, follow up on delays, and ensure smooth supply chain operations. Develop Supplier Management Skills: Assist in maintaining supplier relationships through communication, coordination, and data updates. Invoice & Documentation Processing: Gain experience in verifying invoices, handling discrepancies, and forwarding documents to accounting. Handle RMA & Packaging Tasks: Learn to process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and support packaging operations. Support Exciting Projects: Assist with internal initiatives such as system conversions, process improvements, and relocations. Learn Financial & Compliance Basics: Help clarify financial issues, process GPS requests, and update supplier bank data under supervision. Data & Workflow Management: Assist in booking goods receipts, managing procurement workflows, and maintaining accurate records.
