Responsibilities Identify high impact commercial and operational areas to be transitioned to GSC. Define the transition vision, mission and objectives for the addressed business domain(s). Assess financial impact and create business cases for process migration and internalization. Engage effectively with Key Stakeholders. Work closely with local and global management teams to align and drive transition goals. Design and execute change management communication and transition management plans. Identify and drive process efficiency initiatives to deliver on the efficiency KPIs. Ensure service delivery excellence and establish global best practices. Create and implement continuous improvement frameworks and KPI reporting. Ensure internal skills and team development in respective areas. Qualifications Completed university degree in economics and 10 years leadership experiences in international environment. Experience in leading global transformations and change-management and solid experience in offshoring operations. Commercial expertise and financial acumen. Strategic and holistic thinking. Excellent communication and presentation skills towards senior leadership and executive level. Strong Customer and service orientation. Strong understanding of METROs strategy operating model and business domains. Building guiding and developing international teams.
