Hinter der Marke Carhartt WIP steht die WIP Trading AG. Unsere Schweizer Unternehmensgruppe hat in den frühen neunziger Jahren als Lizenznehmer und europäischer Vertriebspartner des US-amerikanischen Arbeitsbekleidungsherstellers Carhartt ihren Anfang genommen. Seit dem entwickelt WIP basierend auf amerikanischen Originalen eigene Carhartt WIP Kollektionen.

What can you expect?
* You own and develop our existing product data and tooling landscape, such as PIM, shop system, search and recommendation engines, to support scalable merchandising and personalization
* You improve search and recommendation performance to enhance UX and conversion
* You ensure consistent, high-quality product data across all platforms and tools
* You define, implement, and continuously optimize country-specific sorting logic, curated landing pages, and merchandising strategies in line with business goals
* You act as a strategic interface between product, engineering, and external partners, translating business requirements into technical concepts and ensuring smooth implementation
* You lead and develop the team responsible for product discovery and merchandising execution on a local level, driving cross-functional initiatives related to product discovery, data quality, and user experience
What should you bring along?
* You have several years of experience in product discovery, including search, recommendations, and merchandising
* You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives with both strategic and operational impact
* You possess a strong understanding of data structures, tool integrations, and processes in e-commerce environments
* You have hands-on experience with PIM systems, recommendation engines, and shop platforms, and are familiar with analytics tools and data-driven workflows
* You are comfortable working with APIs, data feeds, and personalization logic, and can translate business goals into scalable, tech-enabled solutions
* You have a structured, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international settings, and a background in digital business, e-commerce, business informatics, or similar
