Your key responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth and efficient cross-border operations.
* Oversee, maintain, and enhance the firm's EU AML Manual and internal policies.
* Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive and complex AML and regulatory queries.
* Contribute directly to AML reviews and handle operational matters when necessary.
* Design and deliver training sessions to strengthen internal compliance capabilities.
* Anticipate and implement new regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with European standards.
Your profile
* Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
* At least 3 years' AML experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
* Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.
* In-depth knowledge of European AML frameworks and cross-border regulations.
* Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
