Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing to join the Central Tax on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The Transfer Pricing Team is responsible for setting Transfer Pricing Guidance for all intercompany transactions within DH Group to ensure compliance with local tax laws and international standards. The Team publishes internal TP Policies, collaborates with the local and regional teams to meet local documentation requirements, and supports in local tax audits and controversies.
The Team always tries to understand the business operations in every detail to be the best support in finding an appropriate internal pricing mechanism. We listen to the different business needs and try to find solutions suiting all different stakeholders’ intentions and needs.
For that reason, the role includes close cooperation with Legal, Accounting & Controlling Teams as well as Tax specialists from other regions.

1. Provide independent, comprehensive, and business-oriented transfer pricing advice in all business areas of the Group, including the preparation of new Guidelines and Policies
2. Develop pragmatic solutions in close cooperation with the business teams
3. Alongside the Team, review and analyze intercompany pricing policies
4. Manage individually Transfer Pricing Audits and mutual agreement procedures in Germany and all other jurisdictions where the local OpCos are also integrated into DH Group’s Global Transfer Pricing Model,, coordinating the info request list, preparing relevant documents, and driving negotiations with the tax auditors proactively
5. Support coordination/preparation/analysis of the global transfer pricing documentation project, including Local files, Master file, CbCR, intercompany agreements, etc.
6. Interface and close cooperation with our regional and local teams, as well as business teams, close cooperation with Legal, Accounting, and Treasury teams, as well as international Finance teams, management, and external counsels regarding the Group’s Transfer Pricing Model
7. Independently manage internal and external stakeholders to comply with internal TP Guidelines and Policies
8. Compiling and organizing financial data and other relevant information to support transfer pricing analyses and documentation.
9. Collaborating with other departments to gather information for transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
10. Manage projects end-to-end, including prioritizing & process optimization to improve TP compliance.
Qualifications
11. Educational background in Legal, Business, or Economics
12. A minimum of 5 years of specific experience in Transfer Pricing in Tax Department.
13. Experience with Tax litigation and Tax controversy handling is a bonus
14. Fluent German and English language skills (at least C1 Level)
