Job Description:
To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete new or unfamiliar tasks. Additionally, you will need to effectively respond to customer needs by understanding and listening. This includes presenting and selling value-added products and services (VAPS). You will also be required to understand company policies and procedures and comply with them. Furthermore, you will need to maintain tools and related kit in good condition.

* Techincal training for 'standard' jobs but may not have put all training into practice.
